- MANAGEMENT DIAGNOSIS AND SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES

MATERIALITY

We guide the identification and prioritization of the most relevant sustainability issues. We address all impacts, both those generated from the organization to the environment, as well as those coming from the outside, affecting the creation of long-term value. We develop performance metrics under internationally recognized standards.

CORPORATE CARBON FOOTPRINT

We quantify the carbon footprint (emissions 1, 2 and 3), including the value chain and outsourced activities, as required by the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG) and ISO 14.064. Our methodology considers the transfer of capabilities to the teams to give continuity to each year’s measurement.

LIFE CYCLE ANALYSIS

We evaluate the environmental impacts associated with a product and/or service, in relation to the extraction and procurement of raw materials; production, transportation and distribution; and use and final disposal, in order to detect opportunities for impact reduction, cost reduction and production efficiencies, among others.

CLIMATE MATURITY LEVEL

We evaluate the degree of progress of climate strategies using our “5A” methodology (Awareness, Ambition, Action, Accountability and Advocacy). Through it, we identify risks and opportunities to focus efforts and resources efficiently and enhance positive impact.

BASELINE FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT

We support the diagnosis of the waste generation baseline, categorizing the different materials and identifying where there are critical points of generation and opportunities for recovery.

CIRCULARITY ANALYSIS

We build coherent and understandable indicators to close the flow of materials, promoting circularity in production processes to support long-term sustainability and/or climate strategies, waste management policies and the responsible use of resources.

- STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF CLIMATE CHANGE

IDENTIFICATION OF TCFD RISKS AND OPPORTUNITIES

We support the process of building climate resilience by understanding the impacts of climate change on organizations; understanding the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework and its disclosure recommendations; analyzing vulnerability to climate risk phenomena; and detecting opportunities.

ADVICE ON NEW REGULATIONS

We support the early detection of potential risks and/or benefits of ESG and climate regulatory standards in Latin America; the development of adaptation plans and their incorporation into the value chain; and the mapping of opportunities to maximize the potential of regulatory frameworks.

BIODIVERSITY; IDENTIFICATION OF RISKS AND OPPORTUNITIES TNFD

We support the building of climate resilience, identifying biodiversity-related risks in a timely manner to determine potential and probable impacts under the methodology under development Task Force on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD).

SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY

We help incorporate sustainability into corporate strategies and cross-cutting business management. Together, we establish ESG objectives, key results, appropriate governance and a roadmap to improve performance, in alignment with the organization’s vision and mission.

DECARBONIZATION STRATEGY

We assess and prioritize measures to reduce the carbon footprint of organizations or their portfolio. We include mechanisms to optimize efficiency and the switch to fuels and renewable energies, minimizing waste and the impacts of purchasing policies. We work together to define goals and objectives; develop a roadmap; and an implementation plan, monitoring and reporting indicators.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY STRATEGY

We support the incorporation of a systemic change in operations to close the cycle of material flows, maximizing their use and value. We identify the most relevant areas to work on and an action approach to prioritize their contribution to circularity, in order to support long-term sustainability or climate strategies, waste management policies and responsible use of resources.

- IMPLEMENTATION OF ESG PROJECTS

SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY

Once we have defined a roadmap based on objectives and key results, we accompany the implementation of the various initiatives proposed in the environmental, social and governance areas.

ZERO WASTE

We support the transition to a low-waste operating model. Using international standards, we design a plan and guide its implementation in a comprehensive manner, considering operational, communicational and cultural aspects, both to avoid waste generation and to adequately manage its recovery.

REDUCTION AND COMPENSATION

We accompany the implementation process of the strategies to comply with the reduction objectives, training the work teams in the correct monitoring and evaluation of each action. In addition, we provide a portfolio of suppliers of national and international offset projects.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

We develop a strategy based on data collection, evaluation of operations, working conditions, etc., to identify the environmental and social impacts of the supply chain, along with a plan to reduce the negative ones and enhance the positive ones to improve the sustainability and resilience of organizations.

We guide the process of joining different alliances, campaigns and/or global initiatives in the ESG and climate field. This includes the collection of the necessary information, narrative guidelines and relationship recommendations with key actors.

Using the highest international standards, we advise our clients in the field of climate advocacy, with a focus on generating a positive impact and enhancing positioning in the climate and environmental discussion. We consider guidelines for communication strategies, preparation for global or national events and public policy influence, among others.

- REPORTING / ACCOUNTABILITY

SUSTAINABILITY REPORTS

We collaborate in the elaboration of a document that makes transparent the economic, environmental and social performance, in order to strengthen the relationship with stakeholders by communicating the impacts on the environment. Our methodology follows the integrated reporting guidelines established by the International Accounting Standards Board.

We analyze industries/businesses based on the identification of the latest trends and technological, regulatory and market changes, among others, at a local and global level, in order to accelerate transitions and turn risks into opportunities.

TCFD REPORTS

We support the disclosure of progress in the implementation of TCFD recommendations,
considering the analysis of gaps in governance, strategy, risk management, goals and
metrics.

DJSI ACCOMPANIMENT

We accompany the measurement process of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index and compliance with the necessary requirements for its measurement, in addition to supporting continuous improvement through periodic consulting and the development of an action plan for better performance.

VERIFICATION / DUE DILIGENCE

We accompany the certification process in various areas of sustainability and environmental issues (Huella Chile, etc.) and to meet the requirements necessary to obtain certification.
