Project: Creation and implementation of a Sustainability Strategy with SDG criteria

We worked together with Caja Los Andes, a social security company, to co-create and implement measures to improve the quality of life of its affiliates through sustainability. As part of this, we collected information and identified best practices through company benchmarking in sustainability issues.

The result of this was the “Sustainability for the life you want” strategy, made up of three pillars:
its affiliates, operations, and the political and natural ecosystem. Each of these has its own working guidelines that complement each other with clear metrics to conduct follow-up from each department of corporate management. In addition, we collected information on the SDG Action Manager, an instrument from the United Nations developed jointly with BLab, which enables organizations to understand how they are promoting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. This way we were able to make the best decisions to be able to understand how to continue making progress in sustainability.
